How do VYND pieces fit?
Most of our hoodies, crewnecks and joggers have a relaxed unisex fit. Order your usual size for a classic fit, or size up for an oversized look. Every product page has a size guide in inches. One exception: the STILL AIR crewneck runs small, so order one size up for a true fit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order just for you. Most US orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of ordering, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Personalized items can't be returned or exchanged. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 days of ordering. Once production has started, we can't cancel.
How should I wash my VYND gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low (hang dry for leggings and sports bras). Don't iron directly on prints or embroidery.
What does VYND mean?
VYND is pronounced like "wind": the breath you fight for and the second wind that shows up right after you wanted to quit. Read our story on the About page.
